Please allow processing of 2-3 business days for orders to be shipped.( excluding Saturday, Sunday & holidays) we dont pre make all our outfits.
Order processing times are slightly longer, during sale events and holidays.You will be provided with tracking number and  you can track your order.

FOR BULK PURCHASE/WHOLESALE ORDERS: Production takes 4-6 weeks to processing for shipping.

Return & exchange Policy 

I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Just contact me within:5 days of delivery
Post items back to me within:7 days of delivery. You’re responsible for the return shipping cost to Lamodeafrique.com

I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

* if your delivery address is prone to LOST or STOLEN packages, please choose shipping with signature, we will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

DELIVERY CLAIMS 

If your package tracking info shows delivered by the shipping carrier/ services but you haven’t received it yet , contact us within 4-5 days to file a claim.

Remember claims takes up to 25-30 days depending on which courier services used.

We don’t issue refunds for items been confirmed by the shipping company as delivered.
